Our adult residential home service provides a peaceful and comfortable environment for all residents. We offer a variety of amenities and activities to ensure that residents are happy and engaged.
Nursing Support
We will provide a licensed Registered Nurse to provide nursing consultations, health case management, and Delegation services, based on the participant’s assessed needs. Read more
Personal Support
Our services are
individualized delivered in a personalized manner, to support independence in a participant’s own home and community in which the participant wishes to be involved, based on their personal resources.
Respite Care
The Respite program offers short-term temporary care to participants to provide a period of rest to the primary caregiver and family. During the approved respite time, the participant will have the opportunity to engage in new opportunities and experiences.
Supported Living
Our supported living services assistance and facilitation with finding an apartment or home, roommates, and shared support based on the participant’s preferences and choices, overseeing quality management; and monitoring compliance.
Transportation Services
Our transportation services are designed specially to improve the participant’s and the family caregiver’s ability to independently access community activities within their community in response to needs identified in the participant’s person-centered plan.
Group Home
Our Group Home Support will include person-centered meal planning and preparation, transportation, medication administration, nursing consultation, and staffing support to maintain good health and wellness.
Community Development
We provide our participants with the development and maintenance of skills related to community membership through engagement in community-based activities with participants without disabilities
