Personal Support

Our personal support services help the participant to fully participate in non-vocational activities while living in his/her own home, family home, or apartment or staying alone in a rental unit, with members of their family or roommates. Community integration is an integral part of this program; BEYOND HEALTHCARE staff will encourage community inclusion and develop participant-specific services to help the participant live independently as part of the community of their choice.

This service is individualized and delivered in a personalized manner, to support independence in a participant’s own home and community in which the participant wishes to be involved, based on their personal resources.
