We will ensure every participant is supported and can reach their full potential by creating a supportive, inclusive, and enriching living experience. BEYOND HEALTHCARE shall create a home where the participants feel comfortable and loved.
Residential support will include person-centered meal planning and preparation, transportation, medication administration, nursing consultation, and staffing support to maintain health and wellness. BEYOND HEALTHCARE provides the participant with the development and maintenance of skills related to activities of daily living (ADL). Support outcomes are aligned with the participant’s Person-Centered Plan (PCP). BEYOND HEALTHCARE believes all participants deserve to live and be active members of his/ her community of choice.
BEYOND HEALTHCARE Community Living Group Home services provide the participant with the development, acquisition, and maintenance of skills related to activities of daily living, instrumental activities of daily living, and socialization through the application of formal teaching methods in a community residential setting.
